Login to GCSEPod and visit the ‘Monitor & Manage’ area.
View a group where the student you wish to nominate is situated.
Click the Ambassador icon in the far right column.
When you click the Ambassador icon, a pop up box asks you to confirm your selection. Click CONFIRM.
The Ambassador icon will be coloured, showing that student is now an Ambassador.
The role of Student Ambassador can be changed at any time. To remove Ambassador status simply click the icon again and this screen will appear, click ‘Confirm’.
When the student logs in they will see the Ambassador icon next to their name and have access to a new section in their menu. This gives the student access to resources, an overview of usage stats and the ambassador forum.
